Specific objectives:

After the lesson students will be able to identify about conflict and management in our society 

·         Students will be able to definition of social conflict

·        Students will be able to write of text book's exercise  

·        Students will be able to sharing with friends  and parents about social conflict and it management

·        Students will be identify about conflict management ideas

·         Students will be aware about social conflict

Teaching learning activities:

Introduction: I will start my class with active clapping activities like 1 time, 2 time and more time fasting event to all students in the classroom For attracting and focusing to students and define concept of conflict, impact of conflict, determinate factors of conflict and management based on related text book.

 In this class mostly use learning tools from group formation  A, B,C,D,E  in this small group's find out one of leader and observing small group with feedback then calling project work .

A group- Concept of meaning of conflict and management

B group- point outing factors of conflict

C group- impact of social conflict our society

D group- good way of conflict management our country

E group – how can we managed of social conflict and it management

Conclusions:  This class students will sharing about concept, cause, impact, also, knowing current situation of conflict and management in Nepal.

Teaching materials:  I will show video with conflict management related, poster and text book, white board

Evaluation:  what is cause of social conflict? And how can do to reducing social conflict?

Homework: can you write how you solved to social conflict in your society can?
